ViralFlow / Instaflow
AI-powered workflow SaaS for content operations
Built a workflow and content management platform that combines scheduling, prompt workflows, and API-connected operations.
Problem
Operational workflows often become fragmented across spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual updates.
Outcome
Demonstrates strong frontend craftsmanship, end-to-end product thinking, and practical integration architecture for workflow SaaS systems.
Approach and Solution
Built a full-stack workflow management application with strong frontend UX, real-time synchronization patterns, and Google Sheets-connected operations.
Needed scheduling, prompt workflows, API integrations, and a polished interface that felt product-grade instead of internal-only.
Architecture Notes
React 18 + TypeScript frontend styled with Tailwind and enhanced with Framer Motion, Radix UI, Wouter, and React Query; backend/API support with Node/Express, Firebase services, and Google Apps Script / Sheets integration.
Security: Proxy/API pattern helps keep integration points controlled and extensible as external services evolve.
Performance: Designed for responsive interaction and product-grade coordination flows rather than spreadsheet-only management.
Lessons and Next Improvements
Spreadsheet-backed systems become powerful when paired with clean UI, cache-aware data fetching, and structured automation patterns.
Add richer analytics, role-based access, stronger admin tooling, and better activity visibility.
